Through Resolution No. 36 of April 30, 2020, the\nGeneral Directorate of the Industrial Property Registry of Panama has enabled\nthe filing by email of trademark applications, renewals and administrative\nchanges such as mergers, name changes, address changes, assignments,\nregistration of licenses, corrections, presentation of priority documents and\navailabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aforementioned Resolution No. 36\/2000\nestablishes that during the sanitary crisis situation, Panama IPO will not be\nreceived for procedures related to applications or registration of invention\npatents, utility models and industrial models or drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resolution No. 36\/2000 has been published in the\nOffice Gazette No. 29016 of May 4, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
