On February 9, 2021 Panama IP Prosecutor and law enforcement conducted a raid action against a warehouse located at Panama city, Panama and seize +10,000 counterfeit goods. This is the biggest operation conducted by IP Prosecutor and law enforcement in 2021. The estimated value of the seized goods is USD290,000.00. The offender must face a criminal investigation for the crime against Industrial Property Rights which is sanctioned with 4-6 years jail and the destruction of the counterfeit goods.
